Materials
1. 7 tbsp plain flour
2. 4 tbsp tapioca flour
3. 1 chicken egg
4. 175 ml fresh milk full cream/white water
5. 4 tbsp granulated sugar (for batter)
6. 1/2 liquid TSP vanilla
7. 1/2 tsp instant yeast
8. 1/4 TSP baking powder
9. 1/4 TSP baking soda
10. 3 tbsp butter (melt)
11. 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
the Supplementary:
13. to taste Cheese
14. sufficiently Meses
15. to taste ovomaltine Jam
16. peanut butter to taste
Step
1. mix flour, tapioca, milk and vanilla. Stir until the slippery (I used a whisk)
2. stir in the yeast, then stir briefly and let sit for 30 min. The dough covered with a damp rag.

4. Preheat teflon to heat then reduce heat wax so as not to be a fire easily overcook.
5. stir in baking powder and baking soda into the dough then stir quickly and evenly.
