Recipe Ribs Penyet Spicy





Materials

1 kg of beef ribs
1 stalk Lemongrass
2 cm of laos
2 pieces of bay leaf
2 tbsp brown sugar
salt, sugar, and flavoring to taste flavors
1 ltr of water

 Smooth Spice

10 round onion
5 cloves of garlic
3 grains candlenut
turmeric 1 cm
1 cm ginger
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp pepper powder 

Sauce Ingredients

20 cayenne pepper fruit
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
heat 2 tbsp oil

How To Make A

1. put all ingredients in a saucepan presto. Cook until tender.

2. for sambal ulek, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic. Flush with hot oil.

3. drain ribs are already tender. Heat the oil, then FRY the ribs.

4. serve the ribs with the sauce.
